For the brand, it enabled the ability to efficiently manage orders to meet customer expectations. This project is the result of previous collaboration, and an idea generated during workshops conducted by our team. The solution was also tested during usability testing.
• UX Research. I collaborated with a team of UX Researchers in order to optimize user flows, intuitiveness and increase conversion rate. Rapid iterative testing sessions gave us a chance to quickly find the right solution for the problem and get instant feedback from the users that we made the right design decision.
