LINK4

Insurance internal system
Jan 2024 - Oct 2024

My role in the project:
UX / UI Design

LINK4 is an insurance company that was the first to introduce the concept of direct insurance in Poland. Established in 2003, LINK4 offers a range of insurance products, including car, home, and travel insurance. Its direct approach allows customers to purchase insurance policies quickly and conveniently, either online or by phone, making the process more accessible and efficient.

My responsibilities:

Wireframing and Prototyping.  I collaborated closely with business stakeholders to define and develop the website’s value proposition, ensuring it aligned with the company’s strategic goals and met user needs.

UX research. I worked with the UX research team to incorporate findings from usability testing, leading to a series of enhancements and optimizations in the prototype.

Lead UI Designer. Based on thorough analysis of industry benchmarks and current design trends, I crafted a cohesive graphic style for the website that visually communicated the brand’s identity and values.

Design system that I created provided front-end developers with clear guidelines to seamlessly develop HTML/CSS templates. This not only facilitated a smooth development process but also set a foundation for the website’s future growth by defining the graphic style and design standards for all core UI elements.
